Dr. Francis Sowa serves as the National Coordinator of the MRCG. He holds numerous degrees ranging from BA (Hons), MA, M.Phil in Mass Communication and Ph.D. in Communications and Media Studies, Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone. Dr. Sowa has also earned other national and international accolades and has greatly contributed towards the development of the country’s media landscape. Aside his unique leadership qualities, Dr. Sowa teaches at the Mass Communication department of FBC (USL) with over 20 functional years of media experience. He has also worked for reputable institutions like the Sierra Leone Broadcasting Services (now Sierra Leone Broadcasting Corporation) and the Independent Media Commission (IMC). His dedication to serving humanity has brought many success stories to his career and has imparted the lives of many including students and journalists.

Jonette-Ann Matilda Olufunke Greene holds a Diploma and BA (Hons) degree in Mass Communications from Fourah Bay College (USL), and she is employed at the Media Reform Coordinating Group as the Programmes Assistant. She had worked for organizations like BDO Auditing Firm and LEWAF as Enumerator and Assistant Advocate Officer respectively. Aside her position, Jonette primarily assist all the sectors of the office to ensure the smooth running of the Secretariat and has a vast experience in coordinating events.
