Dr. Francis Sowa Esq
National Coordinator, Media Reform Coordinating Group (MRCG-SL).
He holds numerous degrees ranging from BA (Hons), MA, M.Phil. in Mass Communication and Ph.D. in Communications and Media Studies, Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone. Dr. Sowa has also earned other national and international accolades and has greatly contributed towards the development of the country’s media landscape. Aside his unique leadership qualities, Dr. Sowa teaches at the Mass Communication department of FBC (USL) with over 20 functional years of media experience. He has also worked for reputable institutions like Sierra Leone Broadcasting Services (now Sierra Leone Broadcasting Corporation) and the Independent Media Commission (IMC). His dedication to serving humanity has brought many success stories to his career and has imparted the lives of many including students and journalists.
